wonderful downtown stay

the rooms were spacious and clean i appreciated the unique decor the ambience was swanky with the restaurant at the front of the hotel. jeremy and cekdar took great care of my group i found them friendly attentive and helpful. the ballroom was gorgeous at night the food was also fantastic.
during my stay i noticed there was no water coffee or amenities replenishment this was an inconvenience as i expected these items to be consistently available.

the staff provided a warm welcome assisting with early check-in and offering complimentary upgrades when my original room was unavailable their attentiveness was really good the team was accommodating.

my room included lovely toiletries robes and slippers the spacious suite was well-appointed and quiet despite the downtown location the bed featured comfortable pillows i had a one king bed in my room.

the hotel is in a central location with easy access to entertainment options i found walking to many attractions convenient the hotel is a short walk from the princess of wales theatre i appreciate its proximity to subway.

the staff was helpful by giving tips. the location is pretty convenient. the room was super clean clean. i am grateful for such a lovely time. it was a comfortable and fresh accommodation. the hotel is among the best. i definitely recommend it.
the hotel does not has all of the amenities of a full-service option.

I found the staff cute and helpful upon arrival. they stored our luggage until the room was ready. the concierge provided useful recommendations for breakfast restaurants nearby. I visited one every morning. the hotel's location allowed convenient walking access to many attractions.

the room had a very spacious shower and i found that quite nice. the beds were really comfortable and the staff was friendly. i also appreciated the follow-up after check-in to ensure everything was satisfactory.
the discounted valet parking did not fully resolve initial parking issues.
